This is what started it all. It is an awesome task assigned by Tom Tresser, our fearless leader in the mass media new wave communication revolution

From the first lesson this experience looks and feels great; one of those classes that makes you want quit your job to pursue your dream using what you are learning now.

Why did I pick this class? First of all the title seemed very interesting: as an immigrant I always wanted to know more about Chicago and never found the time to deepen my knowledge of this incredible town. Then there was the “electronic catalog” part and “civic activism.” I definitely wanted to learn more about how the tools that are available today – that I know but I do not use for myself – could be used for something more.
